SWAN Hill track rider Shanae O'Meara is nearing a return to work at the Swan Hill Racecourse, three months after her freak accident.

The 20-year-old said she was given the all-clear from a sports and exercise medicine physician to return to light ground duties at trainer Austy Coffey's stables.
