JULIET Heah's years of dedication are paying off after claiming four medals at the 2020 Victorian 'Steigen' Country Track and Field Championships.

The 26-year-old competed in six open women's events across the Australia Day long weekend in Geelong, securing a gold medal in the 3000m steeplechase 76.2cm.
