IT was hot, dusty and there was close, fast action at Sonic Speedway on Saturday night.

After a tribute to life member Cyril Devereux who passed away recently, racing started.

The Mallee Masters Street Stock event lived up to expectations with five different heat winners –Michael Clark, Jayden Bromley, last year's winner Jason Degoldi, Brad McClure and Anthony Beare.
