THE Mallee Eagles football club have lodged an appeal in regards to charges laid down by the Central Rivers Board that saw penalties applied in response to bad behaviour at the Central Murray Football and Netball Club (CMFNL) grand final.

The club has appealed all complaints on the grounds that the penalties were excessive and the tribunal will meet tonight and tomorrow night to review each case.
