A "STRIKING" portrait of an 18-year-old woman has been found at the Big Green Shed Swan Hill recycling depot.

The black and white portrait with a cardboard backing was found by Swan Hill resident Cheryl Bailey inside a large pink, black and white gift bag on October 29.
