PLANS for the new $10 million Our Place building in Swan Hill have been put on ice, despite council controversially voting to progress with it being built inside Pioneer Settlement.

At a special meeting on Tuesday, councillors voted to progress with option one, located north of the PS Gem, near the rose garden and locomotive train.
