THE dispute between Balranald Shire Council and the operators of the Balranald Caravan Park will be heard in a Sydney court this week.

The matter, Balranald Shire Council v Matthew Jess, will be heard in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Sydney today and tomorrow.

The Court Street caravan park is owned by council, but the Jess' responsibility lies with the daily operations of the park.
