Airport funding welcomed

COUNCIL has welcomed the announcement from Deputy Prime Minister Michael McCormick and Federal Member for Mallee Anne Webster that the Swan Hill Regional Aerodrome received $1.2 million in funding for upgrades.

Council is matching this funding.

This funding will enable the aerodrome to increase its capacity, including allowing larger aircraft to operate at the airport. ...
