Green light for highway service station

SWAN Hill Rural City Council doesn’t get to decide whether Swan Hill has “too many servos and not enough Hungry Jack's” when making planning decisions, this week’s council meeting heard.

Deputy Mayor Stuart King made the comment during debate over an application for a 24-hour service station at the southern entrance to Swan Hill.
