POLICE have arrested two Swan Hill youths after two cars were allegedly stolen from the local area and subsequently dumped and torched in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

It is alleged the offenders forced entry to a home in McCallum Street, Swan Hill, early Wednesday morning.

Cash, personal items and a blue Holden Astra were reportedly stolen from the address.
