SWAN Hill Rural City councillors have unanimously agreed to terminate a heads of agreement with an international flight school to operate in Swan Hill.

Council was previously in discussions with Australian Aviation Alliance (AAA) to enter a heads of agreement with for the provision of a flight academy at Swan Hill aerodrome.

But, earlier this month, council suspended the negotiations.
