THE state's peak farming body has a 10-point plan to fix the Murray-Darling Basin Plan (MDBP), which it says is "hurting farmers".

Last Tuesday, the Victorian Farmers Federation (VFF) launched its plan to help restore the balance between irrigated agriculture and the environment in the basin.
