SOME Swan Hill residents are calling for hard rubbish collections and free tip passes as unsightly rubbish continues to be illegally strewn on back roads.

Bronwyn Leschke said she was “disappointed” to see a ute dumped and rubbish scattered around it on Parsons Road near the Swan Hill aerodrome.
