A HOON on bail has been remanded and charged with traffic offences in Swan Hill.
A St Albans man, 48, was allegedly caught travelling at 172km/h on the Murray Valley Highway on Friday.
He was also driving unlicensed and tested positive for an illicit substance.
He has been charged with conduct endangering serious injury, speeding, drug driving charges as well as committing offences whilst on bail.
The vehicle was also impounded for a month.
