THE health union says Swan Hill District Health workers “deserve” a 4.5 per cent annual pay rise, as it negotiated the next Victorian Public Hospital Agreement. 

Health Workers Union (HWU) secretary Diana Asmar said the the agreement, which expires on October 1, sets out the pay and conditions for more than 55,000 Victorian public hospital workers.
