THE race that stops the nation was celebrated with a luncheon at the Tooleybuc Sporting Club last Tuesday with all money raised going to a good cause.

The Jacaranda Lodge Ladies Auxiliary raised $3296 for palliative care mattresses at the lodge in Nyah West for palliative care patients.
