TWO local families have banded together to open a new subdivision in Swan Hill.

Gerard and Wendy Foott together with Phil and Mary Joyce are in the final planning stages of their Yana Street subdivision, which will include 53 lots ranging from 490 to 1200 square metres.

The Foott and Joyce families saw a need for land development in Swan Hill, leading to collaboration of the joint project.
