A DELAY in the implementation of the labour hire scheme, review of census methodology and call for investment in electrical transmission in north-west Victoria are among the motions to be put forward by Swan Hill council at the next meeting of the Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV).

Council unanimously resolved to move forward with all three motions at last month's ordinary council meeting.
