SUNRAYSIA citrus growers fear the industry could be at risk after 100 per cent fresh Australian fruit juice was slapped with a lesser health star rating than diet cola.

State ministers at the Australia and New Zealand Ministerial Forum on Food Regulation recently moved to remove the five-star rating for fresh juice with no added sugar, preservatives or additions
