THE fate of Swan Hill's $10 million Our Place building will again be decided on Tuesday after plans to progress with the project were put on hold.

Councillor Nicole McKay submitted a rescission notice to halt council's decision to progress with Our Place last Wednesday.

Cr McKay said she decided to submit the rescission in a bid to voice the concerns of the "broader community".
