A PETITION calling for the new riverfront building on Monash Drive to be scrapped will be formally received by Swan Hill Rural City Council next week.

There is growing community concern over the two-storey building that will house the art gallery, visitor information centre, Pioneer Settlement entry and a new Aboriginal experience.
