Road blitz nabs drivers

NEW South Wales police have slammed driver behaviour following a weekend road blitz targeting rural roads in the southern, northern and western regions of the state.

A total 137 people were charged in the southern region over the course of the two-day operation, with police "disappointed" to see people continuing to get behind the wheel while under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs.
