Nationals leader Peter Walsh has called on Development Minister Gayle Tierney to act to avert a worsening refugee crisis in the region.

Mr Walsh, Member for Murray Plains, wants TAFE and Regional Development Minister Tierney to meet with him, the Swan Hill Rural City Council and the Swan Hill Community Issues Group.
