Quacking way to start new year

A SEA of rubber yellow ducks will again race down the Murray River for the 30th SES duck race on New Year's Day.

The annual duck race will see 2000 ducks take off from the 10 steps at Riverside Park at 2pm and make their way to the Swan Hill bridge.

One lucky winner will take home $1000 cash and the top 10 ducks will also receive prizes, sponsored by local businesses.
