BALRANALD Shire Council has revealed concept plans for the redevelopment of the town's visitor information and discovery centre complex.

The NSW Government has allocated to the Far West Joint Organisation (FWJO) $5 million to spend on the tourism infrastructure fund.

The FWJO has split this funding equally to the four shires.
