THE Swan Hill Pioneer Settlement is showing true pioneering spirit by using the time created by COVID-19 restrictions to give the popular tourist park a facelift.

General manager Jessica Warburton said the team was trying to find the silver lining in the current situation after all tourism businesses were hit hard by lockdown.
