SWAN Hill paramedic Teagan Halligan's Ambulance Victoria graduation was a family affair as she became the latest member of her family to don the uniform. Joined by her father and fellow paramedic, Brett Halligan, Ms Halligan marked the successful completion of her graduate year with the ambulance service at Marvel Stadium on September 15.
