FARMER'S wives doing it tough during this year's drought will receive special Christmas gifts from a group of Balranald friends.

The group put together pamper packs for the Ladies of the Land NSW campaign, which will be distributed to drought-affected areas.

What started as two boxes has ended with donations from across three Australian states to fill 24 boxes.
