THE Swan Hill region has recorded more rain in two days than for the whole of September and October.

The region received a welcome 13mm on Saturday, with 2.4mm falling on Friday.

The heavy falls were compared to just 10mm falling for the whole of September and 5.2mm in October.

According to The Guardian readers, Quambatook recorded 23mm, Cohuna 18mm, 20.5mm in Nullawil and 19mm in Balranald.
