HUNDREDS of people voiced frustration about the condition of the Sea Lake to Robinvale road and new 80km/h speed limit at a rally in Manangatang on Wednesday. The rally, organised by the Manangatang branch of the Victorian Farmers Federation (VFF), followed a 20km/h speed reduction that was made on the Mallee Highway by VicRoads last week.
