$63m plant gets green light

A RAFT of changes made to a disputed planning application to build an almond hulling plant at Hattah will allow the $63 million project to go ahead.

The challenge was heading to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for adjudication before proponents Brown port Almonds and neighbouring landholder Neth Hinton agreed to terms for the development.
