The 42-year-old appeared in Echuca Magistrates' Court on September 17, pleading guilty to two charges of breaching fire laws at Murray River Reserve, near Echuca.
The first charge was allowing a fire to remain alight on a day of total fire ban (TFB) and the second was being outside the line of sight of a campfire.
