New normal as cafes and pubs welcome back sit-down diners

CATCH ups with friends and family can now be shared over a meal with cafes, restaurants and pubs now able to accommodate sit-down customers.

From Monday, cafes, restaurants and pubs could serve meals to up to 20 customers at a time per enclosed space.

Venues must also obtain the contact details of every customer to assist with rapid contact tracing.
