Cr Bronwyn Simpson was elected in a countback last week to replace Cr John Shaw who resigned in August, creating a vacancy in the Lower Avoca Ward.

Born and raised in rural Victoria, Cr Simpson had a sense of community and volunteerism instilled in her from a young age.
