A BOOK that traces the adventurous journey of iconic paddle steamer PS Pyap will be published next month.

Toby Henson and The Pyap focuses on the vessel's move from Mildura to Swan Hill in 1970, as well as the following 14 years, as she survived being stranded in mud and a devastating fire.
