LUCKY Phil's owners are working 16-hour shifts every day to keep police and Australian Defence Force personnel at the Tooleybuc border checkpoint well-fed.

Phil and Colleen Caccaviello run the take-away business in Tooleybuc along with a third staff member, who works eight-hour shifts.
