Low participation leaves questions for Balranald administrator

BALRANALD shire's administrator says he can only deliver outcomes "reflective of community expectations" when there is community voice.

Michael Colreavy said "very few people" participated in the "important" process of the operational plan and revenue policy for the next 12 months, leaving him to question if consultation was "worthwhile".
