Lack of consideration over Nyah Forest floodplain restoration project

A GROUP of locals are calling for proper management of the Victorian Murray Floodplain Restoration Project (VMFRP).

The VMFRP consists of nine discrete environmental projects, valued at $291 million, with the aim to return a more natural inundation regime across approximately 14,000 hectares of high-ecological-value Murray River floodplain.
