HEARTLESS murderers who refuse to lead police to their victim's bodies will be locked up for life under a new push by Northern Victoria MP Tania Maxwell.

The Derryn Hinch's Justice Party MP on Tuesday introduced a "no body, no release" motion in the Legislative Council to extend current laws where convicted killers would be refused parole unless they reveal the location of their victim's remains.
