MALLEE Family Care fears there will be a spike in the rate of homelessness in the region once government support payments are wound back after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Chief executive officer Teresa Jayet told an Inquiry into Homelessness in Victoria this week that homelessness could not be solved without homes and called for investment in social and crisis hou
