COUNCILLOR Les McPhee has questioned the maintenance costs that would be associated with keeping the locomotive inside Pioneer Settlement.

Swan Hill Rural City Council voted at last week's monthly meeting to relocate the Pioneer Settlement's locomotive and large windmill to make way for the new $10 million Our Place building.
