MEMBER for Northern Victoria Tim Quilty has slammed health minister Jenny Mikakos for not answering questions in parliament over the government's handling of the COVID-19 crisis.

The Legislative Council sat on Tuesday for the first time since June 18, but any sitting of the Legislative Assembly has been postponed until next month.
