A TATI Tati Wadi Wadi traditional land owner in Robinvale has been left "shocked" after his brother discovered bags of raw meat in the Murray River.

Brendan Kennedy said when he visited the river last Friday, there was nothing there.

Then on Sunday, he received a call from his brother, John Kennedy, alerting him of the dumped meat, which Brendan believed was dumped on Saturday.
