ELECTRICAL faults have been blamed for a car and house fire in separate incidents on Monday.
Emergency services responded to reports of a fire on Chapman Street about 3.45pm, arriving to find a vehicle alight.
Firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze, while police provided traffic control.
