FORTY-EIGHT fines were issued to people breaching COVID-19 rules and restrictions in Swan Hill last month while 30 fines have already been issued this month.

Sergeant Tim Dunstan said the fines were issued to people for not wearing a mask without an exemption or breaching social distancing rules.
