‘Dormant’ line needs to be restored to cope with grain harvest

EVEN bigger grain harvest at the end of this year makes it even more important that the Victorian rail freight network can handle the revised forecast load to prevent a sharp increase in truck traffic, according to advocacy group Rail Futures Institute (RFI).
