THE committee calling for the Our Place plan to be scrapped has welcomed council's decision to explore a location outside the Pioneer Settlement this week.

The Pioneer Settlement Scrap Our Place Plan committee member and former Swan Hill councillor David Quayle told The Guardian he was pleased by the outcome of Tuesday's meeting.
