THE last chair of the Pioneer Settlement Authority (PSA) believes those responsible for Our Place should consult with those connected to the site.

John Ward was chair of the PSA for 12 years, with Swan Hill Rural City Council (SHRCC) taking over Pioneer Settlement in 1993.

Mr Ward is also calling on the council to postpone their decision on Our Place "pending indigenous issues".
