THE NSW parliamentary ethics committee has dismissed a complaint by an anonymous Nationals MP accusing Member for Murray Helen Dalton of a conflict of interest in water.

Prior to Mrs Dalton introducing a bill to increase transparency around water ownership, an anonymous National Party MP objected to the debate, alleging a conflict of interest.
