MEMBER for Mildura Ali Cupper has called on the NSW Government to provide refunds to compensate Victorian river users for not being able to use the Murray River due to the hard border closure.

Since border restrictions came into place, Victorian fishers, boaters and water sports fans have been banned from using the Murray River.
